Terms and shipping policies

Ordering through this website means you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders options

For certain necklaces, you have the option to order the standard size or a longer length. This option is free of charge. Necklace lengths are mentioned in centimeters, including clasp. 1 centimeter = 0.39 inches.
40 centimeters = 15.75 inches
41 centimeters = 16.14 inches
42 centimeters = 16.53 inches
43 centimeters = 16.93 inches
44 centimeters = 17.32 inches
45 centimeters = 17.72 inches

Payment

Payments are accepted through Paypal. If you'd like to pay using a credit card, you may still do that using Paypal without having to sign up for an account. All transactions must be paid within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise arranged. If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Payments are made to SOPHIE SARL (41, rue Barrault 75013 PARIS - FRANCE - VAT number: FR77414724039)

Shipping

Items ordered are carefully packed into a nice gift box and securely protected in a bubble envelope. Orders are shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received. A flat rate of 6.5 euros is charged for postage and packing. Tracking service is included for certain countries (see below) but no insurance is included. I cannot be held responsible for items lost during mailing when shipped via non-registered mail. If you wish to upgrade shipping services to registered mail (insurance included), please email me at info@cecilecohen.com before you pay, so that I may email you the extra-cost prior to payment.

Shipping methods :

- France :
items are sent by Colissimo Suivi (tracking service included) and delivered within 2 days after being shipped.

- European countries and Switzerland :
Items are shipped via Priority Airmail. A tracking service is included for the following destinations : Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland. For these destinations, items are usually delivered 3 days after being shipped. For the other European destinations, tracking service is unfortunately not available and delivery time may exceed 3 days.

- Other countries :
Items are shipped via Priority Airmail. Tracking service is not available. Delivery might take 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location.

Note for customers outside European Union.
Please note that any customs fees or import duties (although rare) are the responsibility of the buyer (you). I always tick "others'" on the customs form and attach an invoice, as required by the law.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason my jewelry does not meet your expectations, let me know. You may return any unworn item you purchase for a refund or exchange for 14 days. Shipping is non-refundable.
